1. Scope & Acceptance

By accessing or using our Website, requesting a quote, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all safaris, accommodation, transportation, and related services provided by MiGo African Safaris within Tanzania. Once your booking is confirmed, these Terms form a binding contract between you and MiGo African Safaris.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation and the required deposit or full payment.
  • Accepted payments: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
  • Bookings made within [insert number] days of safari start date may require full upfront payment.
  • Prices are subject to changes in park fees, government taxes, or supplier costs prior to confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Amendments

  • Cancellation fees apply based on notice period: 60+ days (10%), 30–59 days (30%), 14 days or less (100%).
  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries or accommodations due to safety, weather, or operational reasons.
  • Refunds will not be issued for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.

4. Insurance & Responsibility

All guests must have valid travel insurance covering medical care, evacuation, cancellation, and personal belongings. Guests are responsible for passports, visas, and immunizations. MiGo African Safaris is not liable for disruptions caused by failure to meet these requirements. Always follow guide instructions for your safety and respect park regulations.

5. Health, Safety & Risk

Safaris involve inherent risks such as wildlife encounters, rough terrain, and variable weather. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release MiGo African Safaris from liability for injury, illness, or death except in cases of proven negligence. Please disclose any medical conditions that could affect your trip.

6. Force Majeure

MiGo African Safaris is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions. We will make every effort to minimize disruptions.

7. Website & Intellectual Property

  • All content (text, photos, logos) on our Website is owned by MiGo African Safaris and protected by copyright law.
  • No material may be reused or reproduced without written consent.
  • You agree not to upload or share harmful, unlawful, or misleading content.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for your safari booking.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy . MiGo African Safaris complies with Tanzanian privacy laws (including the Cybercrimes Act, 2015 and the Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and aligns its standards with South Africa’s POPIA Act for additional consumer protection.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
